Balance lookup

Check your balance.

Search by the deal ID on your agreement, or by your company's legal name. When searching by company name, we also ask for the ZIP code of your business address to protect your account.

Where is my deal ID? It appears at the top of your agreement and on every payoff letter and statement from Moneyfall, for example MF-10482.

Remittances

How your remittances work.

Your remittance is a fixed ACH debit, taken daily on business days or weekly, that estimates the specified percentage of your receivables set in your agreement.

  • Debits are not taken on weekends or federal bank holidays.
  • Each debit reduces the remaining purchased amount; the balance never grows because you remit faster.
  • Keep enough in the account to cover the scheduled debit. Returned debits may incur the fees listed in your agreement.
  • If your receivables have dropped, you do not have to wait: request a reconciliation.

Payoff letters

Paying off your advance.

  1. 1

    Request a letter

Use the request form below or email info@moneyfall.com with your deal ID and the date you plan to pay.

  2. 2

    Receive it in writing

Your letter shows the payoff amount, the date it is good through and Moneyfall's payment instructions. Letters are usually issued within one business day.

  3. 3

    Send payment

Pay by the good-through date using only the instructions in the letter, and confirm them by phone first (see fraud protection).

  4. 4

    Get your release

Once payment clears, remittances stop and we confirm the advance is satisfied in writing, including termination of the UCC filing.

Paying off through another funder or a refinance? They can request the payoff letter on your behalf with your written authorization.

Reconciliation

If your sales slow down.

Your agreement gives you the right to have your remittance adjusted to reflect the receivables you actually collected.

  1. 1

    Send your request

Submit the request form below, or email info@moneyfall.com, with your deal ID.

  2. 2

    Include your bank statements

Send complete statements for every account that receives business revenue for the period in question, as your agreement requires.

  3. 3

    We review

We compare your remittances with the specified percentage of the receivables you actually collected. Most reviews are completed within a few business days.

  4. 4

    Adjustment in writing

You receive the result in writing. Any adjustment is applied going forward, or credited, under the terms of your agreement.

Renewals

Additional funding.

  • 50% remitted
    of your current purchased amount
  • Account in good standing
    no unresolved returned debits
  • Updated bank statements
    most recent months plus month-to-date
  • Quick decision
your history with us speeds up underwriting

A renewal can pay off your remaining balance and provide additional funds in one transaction. You will see the net amount you receive before you sign.

Bank account changes

Moving to a new account.

To move remittances to a different business account, send us:

  • A signed ACH authorization for the new account (we will send you the form)
  • A voided check or bank letter for the new account, in the business's legal name
  • Confirmation of the date the old account will close, if it is closing

Changes take effect once we have verified the new account. Keep the old account funded until we confirm the switch so no debits are returned.

Missed or returned payments

Talk to us early.

If a debit is going to be returned, or your business is going through a hard stretch, contact client servicing before it happens. The sooner we hear from you, the more options there are.

  • A reconciliation if your receivables have dropped
  • A temporary adjustment to the remittance schedule, where your agreement allows
  • A written plan to bring the account current

Changes to your remittance are only valid when confirmed in writing by Moneyfall.

Fraud protection

Protect your payments.

Moneyfall will never change its payment instructions by email. If you receive a message asking you to send a payoff or payment to a new account, do not pay it. Call us at (917) 846-1535, the number on this website, to confirm.
  • Verify by phone
    before sending any wire
  • Check the sender
our email comes only from @moneyfall.com
  • Use the letter
pay only per your written payoff letter
