The basics
Is a merchant cash advance a loan?
No. Moneyfall purchases a specified percentage of your future receivables at a discount. There is no fixed maturity date and no interest rate; what you remit is tied to the receivables your business actually collects.
How much can I receive?
Up to $3,000,000. The amount is based mainly on your average monthly deposits and existing obligations.
How long are the terms?
Up to 12 months. The estimated term depends on the size of the advance, your revenue and the remittance schedule.
Do I need collateral?
The purchased receivables are the collateral, and a UCC financing statement is filed. You do not pledge your home or other personal property. Owners typically sign a guaranty of performance, which covers the business's obligations under the agreement, not its sales.
What types of businesses do you fund?
Most U.S. businesses with at least six months of operating history and steady deposits, including in California. Funding is for business purposes only.
Applying
What do I need to apply?
A completed application, your last four months of business bank statements, a government-issued photo ID for each owner of 20% or more, and a voided business check. Requests over $500,000 may also need a recent tax return and year-to-date financials.
Is there a minimum credit score?
No. We review credit, but we underwrite primarily on your business's deposits and cash flow.
How fast will I hear back?
Most applications receive a decision in under two hours during business hours. Funding can follow the same day once the agreement is signed and verified.
I already have an advance with another company. Can I still apply?
Yes. We review files with existing positions through 6th position. Tell us about every current advance or loan so we can size an offer your cash flow can support.
Cost
How is the cost determined?
The cost is the difference between the purchase price you receive and the purchased amount you sell, plus any fees in your agreement. It reflects your revenue, time in business, existing obligations and the term.
Will I see the cost before I sign?
Yes. You receive the purchase price, purchased amount, specified percentage, remittance schedule and every fee in writing, plus any disclosure your state requires.
Does paying early reduce the cost?
The purchased amount is fixed when you sign, so remitting faster never increases it. Any early-payoff terms are stated in your agreement; ask us for a payoff letter to see your exact figure.
Remittances
How are remittances collected?
By ACH debit from your business bank account, daily on business days or weekly, as set in your agreement. Remittances are not taken on weekends or bank holidays.
What happens if my sales slow down?
Your agreement includes a reconciliation right. Send us your recent bank statements and we will adjust your remittance to reflect the receivables you actually collected, under the terms of the agreement. See the Client Center for how to request one.
Can I change the bank account remittances come from?
Yes, with a signed ACH authorization for the new account and a voided check. Details are in the Client Center.
Existing clients
How do I check my balance?
Use the balance lookup with your deal ID, or with your company name and business ZIP code. You can also call or text (917) 846-1535.
How do I get a payoff letter?
Request one in the Client Center. Payoff letters are issued in writing with a good-through date and payment instructions.
When can I get more funding?
Once you have remitted 50% of your purchased amount and your account is in good standing, you can apply for a renewal.
ISO partners
How are partners paid?

How do I become a partner?
