For businesses
Working capital built around your revenue.
A Moneyfall merchant cash advance gives you a lump sum today in exchange for a share of the receivables your business collects going forward. Here is exactly how it works, who qualifies and what it costs.
How an advance works
A purchase of future receivables, not a loan.
Instead of lending you money, Moneyfall buys a fixed dollar amount of your future receivables at a discount and is paid back as your business collects.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Purchase price | The lump sum Moneyfall pays you up front, less any fees disclosed in your agreement. |
| Purchased amount | The total dollar amount of future receivables Moneyfall buys. It is fixed when you sign and does not grow over time. |
| Specified percentage | The share of your receivables that is remitted to Moneyfall until the purchased amount is delivered. |
| Remittance | A fixed daily or weekly ACH debit that estimates the specified percentage of your receivables. |
| Reconciliation | Your right to have the remittance adjusted to match the receivables you actually collected, under the terms of your agreement. |
The process
Five steps, usually inside one business day.
Speed comes from making the decision in-house. Nothing gets passed between a broker, an underwriter and a committee.

Costs & disclosures
Know the full cost before you sign.
The cost of an advance is the difference between the purchase price you receive and the purchased amount you sell, plus any fees listed in your agreement. Because the purchased amount is fixed, paying faster does not increase what you owe.
Before you sign, you will receive in writing:
- The purchase price, the purchased amount and the specified percentage
- The remittance amount, frequency and estimated term
- Every fee and when it applies
- In states with commercial financing disclosure laws, such as New York and California, the disclosure those laws require
Ask us anything about your offer before signing. We would rather explain it twice than have you surprised once.

Uses of funds
What businesses use it for.
Any legitimate business purpose. A few of the most common:
Inventory
Stock up ahead of a busy season or take a supplier discount for paying early.
Payroll
Bridge timing gaps between when you pay your team and when customers pay you.
Equipment & repairs
Replace or fix equipment before downtime costs more than the repair.
Growth
Open a location, take on a large order or fund a marketing push.
