This policy explains how Moneyfall LLC ("Moneyfall," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through moneyfall.com and in connection with applications for and servicing of merchant cash advances. Moneyfall provides funding to businesses for business purposes only.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: business name, EIN, address, ownership details, contact information, owner identification, bank statements, financial statements and other documents submitted with an application, request or partner application.
- Information from others: business and personal credit reports, public records, identity and bank-account verification services, and ISO or broker partners who refer your business.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To evaluate applications, underwrite, fund and service advances
- To verify identity and bank accounts and to prevent fraud
- To provide balance lookups, payoff letters, reconciliations and other servicing
- To comply with law, including required commercial financing disclosures, and to enforce our agreements
- To operate, secure and improve our website and communicate with you
How we share information
- With service providers that help us operate (for example, verification, document-signing, payment processing and hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations
- With credit reporting agencies and verification services
- With the ISO or broker partner who referred your business, to the extent needed to process and service your transaction
- With our affiliates, participants in a transaction, and successors in a merger, financing or sale of assets
- When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights
We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Balance lookups require a deal ID, or a company name together with a verification detail.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails using the link in any message. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state law; contact us to make a request.
