Applications and accuracy
You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business.
Balance lookup and client tools
Balance and status information is provided for convenience, is as of the time stated, and is not a payoff amount. Only a written payoff letter from Moneyfall states a payoff amount. You may use client tools only for accounts you are authorized to access.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, including by attempting to access accounts or information that are not yours, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to collect information from it.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Moneyfall name and logo, are owned by Moneyfall and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneyfall is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
