For businesses

Working capital built around your revenue.

A Moneyfall merchant cash advance gives you a lump sum today in exchange for a share of the receivables your business collects going forward. Here is exactly how it works, who qualifies and what it costs.

How an advance works

A purchase of future receivables, not a loan.

Instead of lending you money, Moneyfall buys a fixed dollar amount of your future receivables at a discount and is paid back as your business collects.

TermWhat it means
Purchase priceThe lump sum Moneyfall pays you up front, less any fees disclosed in your agreement.
Purchased amountThe total dollar amount of future receivables Moneyfall buys. It is fixed when you sign and does not grow over time.
Specified percentageThe share of your receivables that is remitted to Moneyfall until the purchased amount is delivered.
RemittanceA fixed daily or weekly ACH debit that estimates the specified percentage of your receivables.
ReconciliationYour right to have the remittance adjusted to match the receivables you actually collected, under the terms of your agreement.
Illustration only. A business that receives a $100,000 purchase price might sell $140,000 of future receivables, remitted in daily ACH debits over the term. Your actual numbers depend on your business and are disclosed in full before you sign.

The process

Five steps, usually inside one business day.

Speed comes from making the decision in-house. Nothing gets passed between a broker, an underwriter and a committee.

  1. 1

    Apply

Complete a short application and send your last four months of business bank statements. You can apply online or through your ISO.

  2. 2

    Underwriting

We review deposits, average daily balances, existing obligations and time in business. Decisions typically come back in under two hours.

  3. 3

    Offer and disclosures

You receive the purchase price, purchased amount, specified percentage, remittance schedule and all fees, along with any state-required commercial financing disclosure.

  4. 4

    Sign and verify

Sign electronically. We confirm your identity and bank account and may hold a brief call to walk through the agreement with you.

  5. 5

    Funding

Funds are sent to your business bank account. Remittances begin on the schedule in your agreement.

Costs & disclosures

Know the full cost before you sign.

The cost of an advance is the difference between the purchase price you receive and the purchased amount you sell, plus any fees listed in your agreement. Because the purchased amount is fixed, paying faster does not increase what you owe.

Before you sign, you will receive in writing:

  • The purchase price, the purchased amount and the specified percentage
  • The remittance amount, frequency and estimated term
  • Every fee and when it applies
  • In states with commercial financing disclosure laws, such as New York and California, the disclosure those laws require

Ask us anything about your offer before signing. We would rather explain it twice than have you surprised once.
