How it works

From application to funded, step by step.

A Moneyfall advance gives you a lump sum today in exchange for a share of the receivables your business collects going forward. Here is every step, what you need, and what happens after you are funded.

The structure

A purchase of future receivables, not a loan.

Instead of lending you money, Moneyfall buys a fixed dollar amount of your future receivables at a discount and is paid as your business collects.

TermWhat it means
Purchase priceThe lump sum Moneyfall pays you up front, less any fees disclosed in your agreement.
Purchased amountThe total dollar amount of future receivables Moneyfall buys. It is fixed when you sign and does not grow over time.
Specified percentageThe share of your receivables remitted to Moneyfall until the purchased amount is delivered.
RemittanceA fixed daily or weekly ACH debit that estimates the specified percentage of your receivables.
ReconciliationYour right to have the remittance adjusted to match the receivables you actually collected, under the terms of your agreement.

New to these terms? The glossary defines everything you'll see in an offer.

The process

Five steps, usually inside one business day.

Speed comes from making the decision in-house. Nothing gets passed between a broker, an underwriter and a committee.

  1. 1

    Apply

Complete a short application and send your last four months of business bank statements, online or through your ISO.

  2. 2

    Underwriting

We review deposits, average daily balances, existing obligations and time in business. Decisions typically come back in under two hours.

  3. 3

    Offer and disclosures

You receive the purchase price, purchased amount, specified percentage, remittance schedule and all fees, plus any state-required commercial financing disclosure.

  4. 4

    Sign and verify

Sign electronically. We confirm your identity and bank account and may hold a brief call to walk through the agreement with you.

  5. 5

    Funding

Funds are sent to your business bank account. Remittances begin on the schedule in your agreement.

Documents

What you will need.

Having these ready gets you a decision fastest. Your underwriter will tell you if anything else is needed.

After funding

What happens next.

Your relationship with Moneyfall doesn't end at funding. Here's what to expect while your advance is open.

Remittances

Fixed daily or weekly ACH debits on business days. They never increase because you remit faster.

Reconciliation

If sales drop, send your statements and we adjust the remittance under your agreement.

Once 50% is remitted and the account is in good standing, you can apply for more.
