Requirements
What we look for.
We underwrite on business performance first. Credit is reviewed, but it is never the deciding factor.
- 6+ months in business
with a business bank account in the company's name - Consistent monthly deposits
we size the advance to your revenue - Any credit profile
no minimum score to apply - Existing advances considered
files through 6th position reviewed - Nationwide, including California
with state-specific disclosures - U.S. business entity
LLC, corporation, partnership or sole proprietor
| What underwriters review | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Monthly deposits | Determines how large an advance your revenue can support |
| Average daily balance | Shows the cushion available for remittances |
| Returned items and overdrafts | Recent patterns affect structure and size |
| Existing advances | Current remittances reduce the cash flow available |
| Time in business and industry | Helps estimate how steady future receivables will be |
Industries
Where we work most often.
We fund most industries. These are the businesses we see every day, and what they typically use funding for.
Uses of funds
What businesses use it for.
Any legitimate business purpose. The most common:
Inventory
Stock up ahead of a busy season or take a supplier discount for paying early.
Payroll
Bridge timing gaps between when you pay your team and when customers pay you.
Equipment & repairs
Replace or fix equipment before downtime costs more than the repair.
Growth
Open a location, take on a large order or fund a marketing push.
Tax & bills
Cover a lump-sum obligation without draining operating cash.
Opportunities
Move quickly on a purchase that won't wait for a bank.
Limits
What we don't fund.
- Personal, family or household needs. Moneyfall provides business funding only.
- Businesses with less than six months of operating history.
- Businesses without a business bank account in the company's name.
- Certain restricted industries. Ask us, or ask your ISO for the current list.
